Our last Annual Meeting was held on November 28, 2012. The Record Date for the meeting was October 26, 2012. At the meeting, annual and special business were conducted.
Pursuant to Exchange Policy 3.2 section 3.1, we are required to schedule our next Annual Meeting within 15 months of the last one (i.e. prior to February 13, 2014).
